Terms of Service

The rules for using Creator Platform as a creator or a buyer.

Your account

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. Impersonating someone else is grounds for removal.

Selling content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store it and deliver it to the buyers who paid for it.
You must have the rights to everything you sell. Uploading content you do not own, or content featuring a minor, ends the account immediately.

Fees and payouts

We keep 25% of each sale. No monthly fee, no listing fee.
Earnings clear after a 7-day hold, then become withdrawable. We may hold funds longer if a payment is under investigation.

Buying content

A purchase grants you a personal licence to view the content. It does not transfer ownership.
Sharing, reselling or republishing purchased content is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.
