Refunds
Everything sold on Creator Platform is a digital product, and all sales are final. Here is exactly what that means before you pay.
You are buying a digital product
- Every item is a digital file: photos, video or a download. Nothing is printed, posted or shipped, and there is no delivery to wait for.
- Delivery is immediate. The moment your payment is confirmed the content unlocks on your account.
- Access is time-limited. Content stays open for the window shown on the post before you pay — three hours — and then it blurs again on its own. Unlocking it again opens a fresh window. The window is stated in minutes on each post.
All sales are final — no refunds
- Because the content is handed over the instant your payment clears, a completed purchase cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. Paying is a final sale.
- Look at the blurred preview, the description and the price before you pay. The preview exists so you can decide first.
- Once a sale clears, the creator has been paid for their work. Content cannot be taken back out of a buyer’s account afterwards.
If something is genuinely broken
- A file that never opens, or opens corrupted, is a fault on our side rather than a change of mind. Contact support from your purchase page or the chat on the creator’s page and we will put it right.
- Charged twice, or charged for something you never received? Contact support and we will resolve it.
Please do not use chargebacks instead of asking
- A chargeback takes the money back after the content has already been delivered. Contacting support first solves almost every problem, and it keeps the creator’s account in good standing.
